My husband and I are relocating near Farmington New Mexico we heard about factory select and went in and we’re greeted by Miss Gretchen excellent service very clean very knowledgeable showed us a different models the different options although we did not purchase anything, we will highly recommend factory select via Gretchen Brooks for services with our family and friends

We have had a very gracious and amiable experience with Scott Fox from Factory Home Select. My husband and myself were looking for our very first home and Scott has been an excellent choice. I contacted Scott to get some information about the homes he had to offer, as this would be the first time ever purchasing a manufactured home. Scott was professional from the start. He was helpful in every aspect for we are a young married couple in our early 20’s and looking to start our lives in our forever home. He answered any and every question we had for him despite the time. He is a very family oriented gentleman and helped us in picturing our family and friends having a great time in this home. Scott paid for my husband and I to stay at a wonderful hotel, as we live over 3 hours away, so don’t let distance discourage you from reaching out to him. The next morning he was waiting on us with fresh drinks and snacks. We got to work immediately and we informed Scott of what we envisioned in our home, and he found us the perfect layout! We also get to choose from infinite choses to personalize our home to our liking. If you are looking in the market of manufactured homes, I highly recommend Scott Fox at Factory Home Select, he will get you all set up in a breeze!

At arrival, you can feel the friendly environment and staff. Don Duncan attended to us. He especially listened to our needs and provided answers to our questions. Definitely a great place to shop and you definitely feel like you have a good sense in making an informed decision. 👍🏽
